"Clean, Friendly and Comfortable" I stayed at this hotel for two nights on business. It is one of the most comfortable hotels that I've ever stayed in. The food in the restaurant is overpriced (but that's the case at all hotels). The staff were great. Internet access was a bit weird - I was forced to use wireless, even though you supposedly can use a cable. The room that I was in was very large. My colleague's room also was very large. Air-conditioning was more than adequate. My only complaint was that the walls seemed to be thin and thus it was too easy to hear noise from neighboring rooms (but I've experienced this at several other hotels). This hotel is not a firve-star hotel. But it is definitely 4-star. It is possible to walk to this hotel from the train station. I will stay here again if and when I go to Cologne for business reasons. The oom I was in had a separate seating area (two chairs and a coffee table). There also was a coffee-maker in the room which I used daily. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower. I think that I was in a "deluxe" room but am not really sure.

"Comfortable Room and Stellar Restaurant" While the room was small in size it was wonderfully modern, especially the washroom. The bed was very comfortable and you can even have your pillows customized with one call to front desk. The massage services are great too! The hotel’s restaurant Konrad’s was definitely the highlight. After a month of travelling and eating sub par restaurant food, this place was just perfect. Wonderful food presentation, quality, and taste. Excellent value for your money too. We didn’t even waste time looking for other places to have dinner during our entire stay.

"Excellent" We just returned from Cologne and our stay at the Hilton Cologne was great. Location cannot be best. A block away from the Dom, the train station, and Hohestrasse makes the location perfect. Although is very close to this busy area rooms are quiet (our room faced the main street (Marzellenstrasse). Service was great. Employees from housekeeping to management are very freindly and were always willing to assist with a big smile. Everybody speaks English. The only negative is the restaurant. It is expensive. Breaksfast buffet is 24.00 Euros per person. There are many other places to eat around the hotel, so this was not a problem for us. Rooms are spacious and modern as well as the bathroom. If we ever go back to Cologne I will definitely stay there again.
