"Good Hotel , Excellent local restaurant"
We stayed at the Ramada Hurth (or Huerth) for 1 night in August 06 and it was a very pleasant, modern hotel with an excellent breakfast buffet. But the highlight of our stay was a lovely dinner at the Hotel-Restaurant Burghof (see --). From the Ramada we walked past the Huerth shopping centre, down the hill, across the roundabout and the Burghof is on the next corner. It's about half a mile or so from the Ramada but well worth the walk. It is very much traditional German so we ordered two different pork dishes and they were excellent . The pork was so tender and succulent, completely different from anything we get at home.
